UGH. YOU GUYS.

I KNOW there is still over two weeks before drafts are due for bandombigbang. And I know they pushed it back a day....

But OMG. I think I might have to pull out of wave one. I mean, I could, in theory, still get at least MOSTLY finished by then...but IDK. Right now I have just under 8,000 words of the 20,000 that I need...and most of those words are actually not-fic right now just so I know where I'm going. I'm sure it would hit 20,000 if I could actually bring myself to write it.

But OMG it's HARD.

I should have begged someone to write with me.

Blah. So how is everyone else doing in the writing department at the moment?

man I totally understand that.

My 20k is sitting at 6.6k right at this moment and I just need time to sit and progress. Luckily it's not not fic. Plus it hopefully helps that I've had the idea floating about for awhile.

But yeah....MAN TWOISH WEEKS TO GET 15k*tris to buckle down*

That definitely helps. I think another one of my issues is that it's a sequel but I'm trying to make it stand alone and it's annoying me because I end up with 5 paragraphs of "Spencer is a giant headcase, let me tell you why!" then two lines of dialogue. lol

...I do understand that.

Mine is more or less a prequel...and dude I broke 7.2k before work today and finally my first line of spoken dialogue has occurred. So *shrugs* what is this dialogue you speak of :)??

Psh. Dialogue is totally irrelevant anyway. ;)

I hit just over 8k tonight (and that's taking OUT all the not fic parts) so I'm a little more optimistic. (Plus, you guys are awesome and make me feel much less ZOMGWTF :p )
