Help!

Okay, you lovely people! There are what, like, 6 people who watch this journal? Whatever, I come in NEED. I need to write something. ANYTHING. I have so many little pieces of stories that I've started but want to do more with so I can't really just call them drabbles and cut my losses.

So here is a list of what I'm currently writing.


1. Pinto Broccoli Test prompt (here at the kink meme which is self-explanitory but I'm STILL having problems focusing on it (pre-relationship because I don't do those often)

2. Chris/Zach or Kirk/McCoy(which I've never written before) tentatively called Optional (three paragraphs of why the narrator doesn't really have options and needs to get back to where they should be. I don't even know who the narrator is so it could go literally anywhere)

3. Pinto, tentatively called "Come Back To Me" based loosely on the David Cook songs Come Back to Me and Bar-Ba-Sol (Zach kicks Chris out of his life for his own good but makes him a promise)

4. Chris/Zach Untitled thing in which I started with "Zach should use Chris to make someone jealous" and it has so far turned into "Someone should come in their pants" also in public...sorta.

5. Kirk/McCoy or Chris/Zach called "Maybe, Maybe Not" from either McCoy or Zach's POV and focuses on the complicated back and forth of Kirk or Chris' personality. IDK, I don't think I explained that well.

6. Some nonsense about Chris following Zach around like a puppy at some point before they get together. It's really just a vague idea and nothing is written yet. It's primarily just the played out idea that Chris sort of really looks up to Zach and eventually is all "yeah, I want in your pants" only worded better.

7. Kirk/McCoy based on this quote "What I've done is who I am, but what I've done is not who I'll be" (courtesy of chellealistic

8. Or I may just do a music meme to try to push me somewhere. But my music is all WEIRD


So, now that you've seen where I am, I'd really appreciate some I WANT TO SEE THIS or YOU COULD DO THIS WITH THAT. Alternatively, you could try to spur me on with a prompt I can do a drabble/comment fic for. (Which I could just wander over to the kink meme to do, but I'm staying away from it for some reason. I think it's because of the Broccoli Test fail I've got going on over here) I don't know. Someone just make me write something. I do better when someone is on me about it. lol

tl;dr: Prompt me something or be all opinionated on something I'm already working on/thinking of.

Well, you know I'm a sucker for David Cook by now, and Come Back to Me is MY FAVORITE from his album, so I want that one!! XD

And, FYI, I had NO IDEA what the Broccoli test was so 1- THANK YOU, I feel enlightened AND amused! and 2- WRITE THAT ONE TOO cause of the EXTREME LOLZ! :-D

Of course, you should know I would read and love any of those if you wrote them. But those two are the ones I am DEMANDING! ;-)

xD I just started the David Cook one last night so it's still feeling fresh. Once I get some time when I can vanish and crank up Rhapsody with those two songs on an infinite loop, I'll definitely do that one. I wrote a break up scene for it and about cried...so...yeah. It feels promising, if draining.

You're very welcome. I love when I post something educational ;) Even though I started that like...a month ago...I think I'll put it on hold for second. Hopefully the OP won't throw internet knives at me. >.>

I'm glad I'm not the only one with really random music! I think you're right, I'm going to have to try it...even if I end up with some random Cobra inspired thing followed by something more country than sweet tea followed by Beethoven's Pathetique (which I have no idea how I'd even swing that one lol). The last music meme was what brought about everything I've written since..so it can't be a bad idea, right?

BTW, Zach as a hippie may be the most amazing thing I have heard in at least an age!

That makes perfect sense, actually. I grab onto the mood in Pathetique (it's my favorite classical piece and has been since I was about 16). Problem is, it's about the most depressing thing I've ever encountered and even though we all know I'm an angst whore (I'll own up to it), I don't think even I can embody that with words. I think I may have to try it just to see if I can. Challenges are good.

Oh, that is EXACTLY how it would be! Except now I keep picturing Chris in Bottle Shock with the unbecoming hippy hair...Zach could pull it off better. ;)

Sweetie I have literally 40 gigs of music... no one could have a stranger music collection than what I do.

1. I'm feeling narcassitic today.... how 'bout you try and write a sequel to one of my fics. I'm always getting inspired by throw away lines or scenes in other people's fics (hence why I always write sequels to andie's work) and I can't be the only one this happens to, can I?

2. Go find a BSB music video and write a fic based on it.

3. WRITE #4!!!!! I want to see Zach flirting with Milo to make Chris jealous, LOL

Oooh. I like that prompt. I could get intense with that prompt. I'm not comfortable enough with Kirk/McCoy yet to get all intense with them...BUT I'm saving it...getting some practice in and then probably, being me, coming back to it.
