I'm so glad you liked it! This somehow became a monster when I started writing it and the end worried me so much. There was supposed to be more (there's actually supposed to be a sequel for BBB if I can get the time to actually write it) but when I got to the current ending, it didn't feel like it really needed to go anywhere else. I'm glad it worked well!
I hadn't realized it might sound as if Gabe was a villain from the summary. I love Gabe entirely too much to do that! There's actually a lot more to that story than him being faily with money, but there was no reason/space to work it in. Maybe I'll get to that one day.
And thank you so MUCH for such a glee-filled comment! When I write things this long, I inevitably end up forgetting about little scenes that I wrote and LOVED and you reminded me of most of them. This comment made my week, no joke. <3
