bootsonSo...I stopped writing? I don't know when that happened or why. All I know is that I haven't written anything in a REALLY long time. I never even posted "180 Degrees [Abridged Version]" here (it was for secret santa) because I still have 1 1/2 scenes to write to finish it and I refuse to post the damn thing until I manage that. It's my KBell/CFine/ZQ fic and I was actually sort of into it when I burnt myself out and somehow developed the goal of reading every Brendon/Spencer fic ever posted on the internet and branched out from there. IDEK.
So....Here's the thing. I'm getting ready to go on vacation and probably dog sit at my mom's. That means I'll be away from all my friends and need something to do.
SO! In the interests of making me use my mind again...let's try something! We all know what happened with my "Among Some Talk of You and Me" series when I wrote "Irony" and people wanted more...(read: I'm easily suggestible)
Give me a prompt. Make it short. I want to try just some drabbles or comment fic and see what happens from there. If something grows, yay! Just don't get your hopes up for something longer...I'm just getting my feet wet again, wading around in the shallow end of the fic writing pool.
A lyric/verse would be great; a snippet of dialogue would be ideal; a semi-vague scene idea you have stuck in your head would be fabulous; etc. etc. etc. Also, I'm kind of into AUs right now (mostly bandom but not only) so a universe idea would be pretty snazzy, too. Hell, you could even ask for something connected to one of the fics I've written...I'd be into a deleted scene.
Now, for the pairings I'm willing to do... Obviously, I want to get back into Pinto...where has my love gone??? But I wouldn't be against Trek. If someone were to suggest something from bandom, I'd also be down for that. I actually really wanted to write bandom for a couple weeks...but talked myself out of it. If someone were asking me for something specifically, though....I may be able to do it. My favorite is Panic!, but I don't dislike any pairing enough to say I wouldn't try to write it (seriously, I read so many pairings even as background that I'm into way too many to list).
I can't do D/s (i can still only read certain types of D/s fics and I doubt I could read it)...some mild kink, though, I can't say I would be against.
